Your Family's Records,
Finally in Order
Legacora offers calm, unhurried visits and small-group workshops to help individuals and families lay out their personal records, heritage documents, and keepsakes — simply and clearly.
What We Offer
Three Ways to Bring Order to Your Records
Each service is informational and organisational in scope. We do not offer legal opinions, asset advice, or beneficiary guidance.

Personal Records Visit
A short, one-on-one visit to help you arrange personal documents into labelled folders, with a printed index of where everything lives at home. Informational and organisational only.
- Labelled folder set included
- Printed home index document
- One dedicated session
Small-Group Workshop
Heritage Reference Workshop
A small-group session where families learn to assemble a printed reference of where records, photographs, and keepsakes live. Run as a labelling and reference-design workshop — not advice on household matters.

- Labelled folder kit to take home
- Suitable for family groups
Multi-Session Programme
Heritage Records Programme
A gentle, multi-session journey through the thoughtful organisation of heritage records — covering inventory, labelling, scanning checklists, family-meeting agendas, and a final printed handbook. Educational and archival in scope.

Why Legacora
A Steadier Way to Care for Family Records
Clear, Structured Organisation
We use consistent labelling and folder logic so every document has a known home. Nothing is left loose or uncertain.
Calm, Unhurried Approach
Sessions proceed at your pace. There is no pressure, no rushing through sensitive papers. The tone stays steady throughout.
Something Tangible to Keep
Every session results in a printed index, binder, or handbook — a physical record your family can return to at any time.
Family-Friendly Format
The Heritage Reference Workshop and Programme are designed so that multiple family members can participate together, making it a shared effort.
Strictly Informational Scope
We are document organisers, not advisors. Our sessions carry no legal or financial weight — which means they remain clear, neutral, and useful for all families.
Based in Johor Bahru
We serve families across Johor and the surrounding region. Home visits and local workshop venues available for your convenience.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly does a Personal Records Visit involve?
During a Personal Records Visit, a Legacora companion sits with you at home to help sort your personal documents — identification papers, property records, insurance documents, and similar items — into clearly labelled folders. At the end of the session you receive a printed index noting where each folder lives. The visit is entirely organisational and does not involve any opinions on legal positions or financial matters.
Is this a legal or financial advisory service?
No. Legacora is a document organisation and heritage workshop service. We do not provide legal advice, financial guidance, estate planning opinions, or recommendations about beneficiaries or asset division. If you require those services, we encourage you to consult a qualified professional. Our role is to help you know where your records are and how they are labelled.
How long does the Heritage Records Programme take?
The Heritage Records Programme proceeds gently over several weeks, with multiple sessions scheduled at intervals that suit your family. The pace is intentionally unhurried — there is no fixed deadline to complete every step. Most families finish within four to eight weeks, though this can be adjusted. The programme concludes with a final printed heritage handbook.
How many people can attend the Heritage Reference Workshop?
The Heritage Reference Workshop is designed for small groups, typically four to eight participants. It works well with a core family group — parents, adult children, or siblings who want to work on the reference together. If your group is larger, please get in touch and we can discuss the best arrangement.
Where do sessions take place?
The Personal Records Visit is conducted at your home, wherever you keep your documents. The Heritage Reference Workshop can be held at a local venue in Johor Bahru or at a family member's home. Multi-session programme appointments are arranged to suit your schedule and location within the Johor region.
What is the cost for each service?
The Personal Records Visit is priced at RM 510. The Heritage Reference Workshop is RM 1,250 for the group. The Heritage Records Programme is RM 4,400 for the full multi-session series. All prices include the associated printed materials, folder sets, and binders. There are no hidden charges.
